Lalithaa Jewellery IPO GMP today is +73. Considering the upper end of the IPO price band and the current premium in the grey market, the estimated listing price of the Lalithaa Jewellery share price was ₹274 apiece, which is 36.32% higher than the IPO price of ₹201.
Based on grey market activity over the past 14 sessions, the IPO’s GMP is trending upward today, suggesting optimism for a robust listing. Throughout this timeframe, the GMP fluctuated between ₹0.00 and ₹77, according to experts.

Mahesh M. Ojha, Vice President – Research and Business Development at Kantilal Chhaganlal Securities, said Lalithaa Jewellery has a strong presence in South India’s fast-growing jewellery market, supported by its value-focused positioning, strong brand recall and an extensive presence across Tier II and Tier III cities. The company’s backwards-integrated manufacturing capabilities and large-format store network further strengthen its business model.
“At the upper price band, the issue is valued at 11.14 times FY26 post-issue P/E, which appears attractive compared with listed peers. We expect a listing gain of around 22%–26%. Allotted investors may consider booking partial profits while holding the remaining shares for the longer term,” Ojha said.
Anuj Gupta, a SEBI-registered market expert, said Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO received a strong response from investors, with the issue subscribed 17.47 times as of the final day of bidding on Wednesday, 19 August. The company had fixed the IPO price band at ₹190– ₹201 per share.
“We expect Lalithaa Jewellery Mart shares to list at a premium of at least 20%, with the listing price potentially in the range of ₹240– ₹250 per share,” Gupta said.
