HDFC AMC Q4 Results LIVE: HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) posted its March quarter performance on Thursday, April 16, wherein it posted a decline in its profit even as the revenue jumped.

The HDFC group company posted a 2.5% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹622.66 crore in Q4 FY26, as against ₹638.46 crore in the same period a year ago. Meanwhile, the revenue growth came in at 16% YoY to ₹1051.51 crore.
On a sequential basis, the profit and revenue declined 19% and 2%, respectively.
The company’s board rewarded investors handsomely with a ₹54 per share dividend. HDFC AMC did not specify a record date for the dividend payment yet.
Following the Q4 results announcement, HDFC AMC shares were trading 2% lower on the BSE.
