Stocks making the biggest moves premarket: Nvidia, Walmart, Palo Alto Networks & more

Check out the companies making headlines before the bell: Nvidia — The chipmaker popped 5% after it reported fiscal third-quarter results that were well above expectations. Nvidia’s fourth-quarter revenue guidance was also stronger than analysts anticipated. Walmart — The retail giant gained rose slightly on better-than-expected results for the third quarter. Walmart earned an adjusted 62 cents per share on revenue of $179.5 billion . Analysts expected a profit of 60 cents per share on revenue of $177.43 billion. The company also hiked its full-year sales outlook. Palo Alto Networks — The cybersecurity stock fell 3% after the company announced it will acquire cloud management company Chronosphere for $3.35 billion . This overshadowed Palo Alto Networks’ better-than-expected results for the fiscal first quarter. Oddity — Shares of the beauty and wellness company rallied 17% on third-quarter figures that beat analyst expectations. Oddity earned 40 cents per share, excluding certain items, on revenue of $148 million. Analysts polled by LSEG expected a profit of 35 cents per share on revenue of $145 million. The company also raised its full-year earnings outlook. Jacobs Solutions — The engineering and construction services company reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings that beat the Street. Jacobs Solutions earned $1.75 per share, excluding certain items, while analysts polled by FactSet expected a profit of $1.68 per share. Shares were little changed in the premarket. Bath & Body Works — The American retailer of soaps and lotions tumbled more than 14% after posting disappointing third-quarter results. Earnings of 35 cents per share, on an adjusted basis, fell short of the 39 cents per-share earnings expected by analysts, according to FactSet. Revenue of $1.59 billion came in below the $1.63 billion consensus estimate.
