Mahindra and Mahindra on Thursday announced the date to approve the financial results for the quarter ended on September 30. The board of directors will meet on November 4, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated results.
“The Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 4th November 2025 to inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ending 30 th September 2025,” the company informed in an exchange filing on Thursday.
