Morgan Stanley is set to report third-quarter earnings before the opening bell Wednesday.
Here’s what Wall Street expects:
- Earnings per share: $2.91, according to LSEG
- Revenue: $19.95 billion
- Investment banking: $2.27 billion
- Trading: Equities of $4.89 billion, fixed income of $2.27 billion
Morgan Stanley is expected to benefit from robust investment banking and equities trading revenue in the quarter, as rivals Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase showed in their reports this week.
