Upcoming IPOs: The primary market will remain busy for another week, with 10 new companies scheduled to launch initial public offerings (IPOs).
Skyways Air Services IPO, Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO, and Hy-Tech Engineers IPO are among the mainboard issues to open for subscription next week. Meanwhile, Sumax Engineering IPO and Madhur Knit Crafts IPO are among the SME IPOs to hit the primary market.
Other than new IPOs, the market will also witness Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO, Horizon Industrial Parks IPO, Sunshine Pictures IPO and four other IPOs making their stock market debut in the upcoming week.
Here’s a list of IPOs which will open for bidding in the coming week –
Mainboard IPOs
Skyways Air Services IPO will open for subscription on 24 August and will close on 27 August. The ₹582.80 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 2.89 crore shares worth ₹398.80 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.33 crore shares aggregating to ₹184 crore.
Hy-Tech Engineers IPO will open for subscription on August 24 and close on August 27. The ₹135.73 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.13 crore shares worth ₹60 crore and OFS of 1.43 crore shares aggregating to ₹75.73 crore.
Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO will open for subscription on August 24 and close on August 27. The ₹1,757 crore IPO is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 0.15 crore shares worth ₹150 crore and OFS of 1.63 crore shares aggregating to ₹1,607 crore.
Annu Projects IPO will open for subscription on August 25 and close on August 28, 2026. The ₹175.06 crore IPO is a book-built issue comprising entirely a fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares.
Lumino Industries IPO will open for subscription on August 27 and close on August 31. The ₹700 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 6.10 crore shares worth ₹500 crore and an OFS of 2.44 crore shares aggregating to ₹200 crore.
SME IPOs
Madhur Knit Crafts IPO, ABH Healthcare IPO will open for subscription on 24 August and close on 27 August.
Sumax Engineering IPO will hit the market on 25 August, meanwhile, Kwick Forensic Solutions IPO will open on 27 August.
Complete Sports & Management India IPO will open for bid between 28 August to 1 September.
