Gaja Alternative IPO allotment date: The Gaja Alternative Asset Management IPO share allotment will be finalised on Monday, 24 August. The investors who applied for the issue can check Gaja Alternative IPO allotment status on the Gaja Alternative IPO registrar portal, which is MUFG Intime India Private Ltd (Link Intime India Private Ltd). The Gaja Alternative IPO opened for subscription on Wednesday, 19 August and closed on Friday, 21 August.

Gaja Alternative IPO subscription status was 31.33 times on day 3. The issue received overall positive demand from the Street. Investors can review the basis of allotment to find out if they were given shares and the quantity. The assigned number of shares can also be checked in the IPO allotment status. For individuals who did not receive shares, the company will initiate the refund process. Allotted shares will be deposited into the recipients’ demat accounts.

The Gaja Alternative IPO GMP currently stands at +19. Based on the upper end of the IPO price band and the prevailing grey market premium, the estimated Gaja Alternative share price at listing is ₹179 apiece, indicating a 11.88% premium over the IPO price of ₹160.

Considering the grey market movements over the past ten sessions, the IPO’s GMP is showing an upward trend today, suggesting a favourable listing outlook. Throughout this timeframe, the GMP fluctuated between ₹0.00 and ₹30, according to analysts.

The initiation of the refund process will start on Tuesday, 25 August for individuals not given shares. Those allotted will receive their shares in their demat accounts on Tuesday. Gaja Alternative IPO listing date is scheduled for Wednesday, 26 August.

Step 1: Visit the IPO registrar Link Intime India Private Ltd.’s website: Link Intime IPO allotment status page – https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html

Step 2: Select the relevant IPO from the dropdown menu. The IPO name will appear only after the basis of allotment has been finalised.

Step 3: Choose one of the available options to check your allotment status: Application Number, Demat Account or PAN.

Step 4: Select the application type — ASBA or non-ASBA.

Step 5: Enter the required details based on the option selected.

Step 6: Complete the captcha verification and click Submit to view your IPO allotment status.

How to check Gaja Alternative IPO allotment status on BSE?

Step 1: Visit the IPO allotment page on the BSE official website – https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check

Step 2: Under ‘Issue Type’, select ‘Equity’.

Step 3: Choose Gaja Alternative IPO from the dropdown menu under ‘Issue Name’.

Step 4: Enter your PAN number or application number.

Step 5: Complete the ‘I am not a Robot’ verification and click ‘Submit’ to check your Gaja Alternative IPO allotment status.

How to check Gaja Alternative IPO allotment status on NSE?

Step 1: Visit the NSE official IPO allotment status page – https://www.nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids

Step 2: Click on ‘Click here to sign up’ and register using your PAN.

Step 3: Log in by entering your username, password and captcha code.

Step 4: Once logged in, navigate to the relevant page to check your Gaja Alternative IPO allotment status.
