On record date for the payment of ₹94 per share dividend, the company said, “The interim dividend and the special dividend shall be paid to those equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear either on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, 4 September 2026, being the Record Date fixed for this purpose.”
The interim dividend and the special dividend will be paid on or before Friday, 25th September 2026, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
